Anthony Dec Mason is a general civil law practice committed to providing the highest quality of legal services to
individuals and families. Although small,
our firm provides services that are on par with those of much larger multi-department law firms,
but generally at a much lower cost. Further, what
our practice lacks in size, we make up for by giving each client
our full attention from the first time we meet to the completion of his or her matter.
All of our work is focused on helping those
injured by the negligence of others. We are licensed to practice in all Georgia State Courts,
the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme
Court and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
AVAILABILITY
Although we prefer to meet clients in our office during normal business hours,
We realize that this poses a problem for some individuals with daytime obligations. Accordingly, we will gladly make ourselves available to meet clients during evenings and on weekends.

Mark Dorsey Anthony received
his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate, from the University of Georgia in 1980, and
his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. Upon graduation,
he was admitted to practice of law in Georgia.
In Marks spare time, he loves to play golf, learn from the business acumen of his wife who has a very successful dental practice, and enjoy watching his son grow in favor with God and man.
Eric J. Dec has lived in metro
Atlanta for 14 years. He also has a Finance degree
and is a previous business owner. Eric is a past
member of the Kennesaw Development Authority
and is the current Chair to the Kennesaw License
Review Board. Eric has and wife Amy have two
children: daughter Kalli and son Nick.
We are active members of the Gwinnett County Bar and the State Bar of Georgia. Mark Dorsey Anthony is also a member of the John Marshall Law School Alumni Association, and the UGA Alumni Association.
We believe that the best way to solve a problem is to avoid it in the first place. Accordingly, we stress problem prevention by counseling clients about the obligations and risks inherent in their undertakings before they commit to them. If we are included at the onset of those undertakings, we can take the appropriate steps to help minimize those risks or avoid them altogether. However, if a problem should arise, or if a problem already exists (which is often the case) we approach its resolution pragmatically, taking into account each client's tolerance for conflict, their need for resolution and the overall economics of their situation.
Every case and client is unique, and we treat them that way.
